Examinerships

We represent companies petitioning for court protection and the appointment of an examiner. We work with examiners, advising on funding, on the preparation of a Scheme of Arrangement between a company, its creditors and members, on investment in the company, on the necessary applications to the Court during the examinership and on approval of the Examiner’s Scheme of Arrangement. Our team also acts on behalf of creditors, protecting their rights and ensuring fair and proper treatment.
