To all of our friends, clients and colleagues,
First and foremost, we urge everyone to stay safe and to have full regard to the guidelines being issued by the Irish Government and the Health Service Executive. The measures being put in place are to protect the general public and to allow the Health Service do its job.
These measures already include the closure of all schools, colleges and childcare facilities. Further restrictions are likely and we have all seen what is happening across Europe and we can envisage what will likely happen over the coming days and weeks here in Ireland.
Whitney Moore has systems in place that allow us to work remotely and to continue servicing our clients’ needs in a secure manner in these challenging times. We will continue to be available to you, to partner with you in meeting the challenges head-on. We have put measures in place within our business aimed at reducing the risk to our people, to our clients and to our business. These include a ban on foreign business travel, using our video conferencing facilities instead of face-to-face meetings and a cancellation of all client events. Protocols have been put in place to assist our response if and when one of our colleagues is diagnosed with COVID-19 and to ensure our continuity of business.
Whitney Moore will continue to follow the advice of the Irish Government and the Irish Health Service Executive.
If, at any time, you need to contact us, please contact us as you normally would, by email or by phone on our usual numbers. We shall all continue to work together and to meet the challenges being presented in these most exceptional of times.
Regards,
John Lynch
Managing Partner
