Companies Act 2014 Seminar – 25 June

The new Companies Act 2014 (the ‘Act’), which is effective for all companies from 1 June 2015, is the largest single piece of new legislation to come before the Dáil.  On 25 June 2015, Cillian Balfe, Whitney Moore, and Niall May, Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, provided an overview of the Act together with further detailed guidance on the particular provisions of the Act that will impact all companies.  If you would like to find out more about our breakfast seminar series please contact us.
