Frank is a consultant in our Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and Private Client teams. In insolvency matters Frank specialises in liquidations, examinerships and receiverships, having been involved in many well-known, high-profile and precedent-setting cases both domestically and internationally. On the private client side, Frank specialises in the administration of estates, wills and trusts and in all related issues.

Frank qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and has been a partner with Whitney Moore since 1985 retiring from the practice in 2019.

Frank is a founding member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners, a member of INSOL Europe and of R3 (Association of UK Insolvency Practitioners). He has been published in the area of cross-border insolvency and has lectured on the EC Insolvency Regulation.

Frank is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has lectured on wills, estate administration and the taxation of capital acquisitions.
