Emma practises in our Dispute Resolution and Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring teams.

Emma has over ten years’ experience acting for clients in litigation across a range of areas including debt recovery, enforcement of security and contractual disputes in all court jurisdictions. She advises financial institutions, companies, semi-state bodies as well as private clients.

Emma has extensive knowledge and experience in advising financial institutions on the necessary legal procedures regarding the recovery of assets and enforcement strategies.

Emma advises clients in relation to insolvency procedures and all aspects of Ireland’s corporate restructuring regime. She also practices in the area of procurement law and assists clients in addressing tender requirements in accordance with EU and national procurement rules.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Civil Law & French (BCLF) from University College Cork (2001). She subsequently obtained an MPhil in Literary Translation from Trinity College Dublin (2006).  Emma is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and the Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association.
