Áine practises in our Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property teams.
Áine has over ten years’ experience acting for clients across a range of areas with her principal practice areas being commercial litigation and dispute resolution, public and product liability claims, debt recovery, and patent and trademark infringement proceedings. In addition to corporate clients, she advises unincorporated associations such as sports clubs, owner management companies, and private clients.
Áine acts for a number of global airlines in respect of aviation related litigation before the Irish Courts. Áine has extensive knowledge in aviation matters and has acted in a number of high value mediations arising from commercial and aviation disputes. Áine also advises client on injunctive reliefs and has a keen interest in IP law where she has worked on enforcement of patient and trade mark right through infringement claims.
Áine qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from National University of Ireland, Galway (2004). Áine is also an accredited mediator with MII (commercial and family law). She is also a non-practising member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and a member of the Dublin and Galway Solicitors Bar Associations. Áine also studies Irish Sign Language and has obtained a level 2 QQI to date.
