Michael is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team and Head of Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring.

Michael provides practical, commercial and solutions driven legal advice on the full range of insolvency and corporate restructuring processes available in Ireland including examinerships, liquidations, directors’ liabilities and creditors’ rights. He also advises on the resolution of a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of warranty claims, commercial contract and shareholder disputes. Michael has particular expertise in advising on property-related disputes including contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Michael qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin (2002). He is a non-practicing member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and Insol Europe.
